  3. Iskandar grew from a very low base as it was totally neglected for many years. According to IRDA (Iskandar Regional Development Authority) Iskandar will grow yearly from 7.5% to 7.7% for the next 10 years.

    This 7.5% Growth Rate is For Real. I can Feel the Pulse as I have been watching Iskandar for the last 15 years.
